Well we just got back a couple weeks ago from California and man was it a great time as usual. Everytime we go back we want to move back! We didn't take a ton of pictures, thanks to me I suck. But we did get some nice shots of us taking a
million dollar yacht out for a cruise from Newport Beach down to Laguna Beach.
The yacht is Robyn's bro, Chris's company yacht. Chris works for a group in Newport that owns Play 'n Trade. They are the fastest growing franchise in the United States at the moment are seriously make all kinds of crazy loot right now. You can scope their website out at www.playntrade.com. Chris owns a small stake in the company and has been given the title of CES, "Chief Executive Skipper". No not really, but they have given him the opportunity to take the boat out whenever there are clients in town. We are pretty freaking lucky because whenever Robyn and I are in town, we are considered clients and get the full-pamper treatment as well. :)

As you can see the boat is named the "Yakety Yacht". Named after another company the group owns called Yakety Yak.

45+ feet long, 3 bedrooms, showers, kitchen, flatscreen tv, xbox, ferrari pillow leather, and good times!
Rumor has it that Cap'n Chris likes Cap'n Crunch!
We pulled out of our slip and headed towards open waters. Along the way we passed through the bay in Newport and drooled over all the amazing homes built right on the water with their own private docks.
Ahhh.... Some day huh? Gotta think big!!!
Having a good time with Robyn
Robyn and I celebrating once were out of the harbor... We were on our way to go make fun of some seals!
There are usually a bunch of seals on the buoy. This time we took it to the next level and sat there and just mocked their pathetic lives for about 2 min. We even scared a couple off of the buoy and they couldnt get back on. It was all-time! We have some video of this but I don't know where it went. When I find it, it is sure going on here, so stay tuned!
Sometimes Greg and I act like kids when we get together... Today was no exception. Here we are preparing to get in position to be close enough to the seals to effect their self-esteems.
This is Blake, Aubri and Megan being seals... Blake is too good at it!!
Once we were done with the Seal shinanigans, it was off down the coast to Laguna Beach... Time to let the cruising finally begin. I climbed to the side of the yacht and pulled the bumpers in and Robyn snapped this goofy shot of me. Thanks babe!
Here is some footy of us cruising down to Laguna and having fun while we were at it.
Still cruising.... Starting to get dark as we approached Laguna.
We made it! Love this place! We want to live here someday.

On the way back I wanted to have a John Rae moment.... or a David Winnie moment, or a Courtney or Tanner moment.... Okay its safe to say that our family is addicted to photography and everybody is major talented. I tried to get epic here like Courtney and get a cool shot of the reflection of the sunset in the windshield of the fancy yacht.
Don't know if we have any photos to prove it but on the way back it was super windy and Greg and I climbed to the front of the boat to return back to being little kids. We both posed on the front of the boat, barely keeping our balance. Leo DiCaprio would have been proud. We then had a fake stage fight on that blue cover in back of me. We both almost fell off the side a few times but it was worth every second. Boats make you do strange things.
Props to Joanne or "Rita" as we like to call her, for making pretty girls. --Robyn and Julie getting some food down below.

A perfect ending to a near perfect vacation, JANES CORNDOGS in Newport Beach! If you have never been there you are missing out. But here are some tips, go late at night... I mean really late. Get a corndog and chili cheese fries. And then make sure you walk towards the pier, hang a left towards the beach and sit at the table on the left. It will be a food session you will never forget.
